Job Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and business opportunities, focusing on U.S.-based clients and shippers.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
Maintain and update CRM records and ensure proper follow-up.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to activity, lead generation, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with potential customers and maintain them for future opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations) to support sales activities, including RFQs.
Maintain professional communication with U.S. clients.
