Manage and coordinate the Vice President’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and executive documentation
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials using Microsoft Office or similar tools
Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and follow up on action items
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports for the VP
Act as the main point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
Monitor deadlines, priorities, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and executive documentation
Ensure smooth communication flow between leadership and different departments
