Supervise and lead the Service Advisors to ensure efficient and professional workshop operations.
Oversee daily Service Center activities, including dignostics, communicting the overall price with customer and managing the spare parts preparation and/or procurement as per vehicle needs
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the reception area to enhance service quality.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and feedback as needed.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Maintain accurate records of customer logs, appointments, and customer interactions.
Ensure the reception area is always presentable, organized, and equipped with necessary materials.
Prepare regular reports on reception operations, customer feedback, and team performance.
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company’s values and service standards.
