OTO is Hiring Immediately
We need a Telesales Representative with a minimum of one year of experience in the TeleSales field
Working from Site, Fixed Shifts
Identify and understand customer needs to effectively present and recommend suitable courses and services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide detailed information about course offerings, pricing, and enrolment processes.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
