Manage and process monthly payroll operations accurately and on time.
Review attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, and company policies.
Prepare payroll reports, salary reports, and HR-related documentation.
Handle employee inquiries related to salaries, attendance, and benefits.
Coordinate with Finance department regarding salary transfers and payroll transactions.
Responsible for social insurance and medical insurance procedures.
Prepare and process final settlements for resigned employees.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management.
Monitor employee contracts, renewals, and HR documents.
Assist in performance evaluation and other HR operations activities.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.
