• Greeting and welcoming guests, students, and walk-in visitors in a professional manner
• Directing students and visitors to the appropriate departments
• Managing the numbering (“ticketing”) system in the waiting area (Finance, Admissions, or Registration)
• Handling inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and transferring calls to the relevant departments when required.
• Assisting visitors and answering general inquiries
• Monitoring campus tour booking schedules
• Coordinating with the Work Study team and Admission Advisors to facilitate campus tours
• Ensuring the waiting area is clean and organized, and that display screens are functioning with updated content
• Collecting information cards and ensuring accurate and timely data entry
• Acting as a point of contact for all designated departments • Conducting validation calls when required
• Responding to social media, live chat, and info mail inquiries when needed
