Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents (drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, reports).
Maintain a proper document control system (electronic and hard copy).
Ensure all documents are correctly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable.
Track document revisions and ensure the latest versions are distributed.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients for document submission and approvals.
Prepare transmittals for document exchange between parties.
Maintain logs for:
Shop drawings
Material submittals
RFIs (Requests for Information)
Correspondence
Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Archive completed project documents for future reference.
Support audits by providing the required documentation.
Monitor deadlines for submissions and follow up on pending approvals.
