Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of technical engineers in managing engineering projects and daily tasks.
Oversee daily technical office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Participate in recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating technical office staff.
Coordinate with site teams, engineers, clients, and vendors to provide technical support and guidance.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues.
Develop and implement effective processes for maintenance, project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
Manage engineering projects, including budgeting, timelines, manpower, and resource allocation.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries for management.
Ensure compliance with all legal, technical, and safety regulations.
Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Support other departments with technical requirements when needed.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Analyze project performance and keep management informed of progress, risks, and opportunities.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings and management reviews.
