Support daily sales operations and coordinate with depots, transporters, and customers.
Assist in managing fleet activities and tracking deliveries.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and operational issues.
Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely order processing and resolution of issues.
Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
Support monitoring of quotas, approvals, and documentation with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in preparing operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Support monthly closing activities (accruals, reports, follow‑ups).
Assist in verifying transporter invoices and ensuring accurate documentation.
Support stock monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Handle ad‑hoc operational and administrative tasks as required.
