Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets
Scale campaigns while maintaining profitable cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
Allocate budgets across branches based on demand and capacity
2. Creative Strategy & Content Production
Build and manage a high-output content engine
Develop weekly ad creatives including:
Video ads (testimonials, before/after, educational, offers)
Static ads and landing creatives
Continuously test hooks, messaging, and formats to improve performance
3. Offer Development
Design compelling, conversion-focused offers:
Packages, bundles, seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with operations team to align offers with capacity and pricing strategy
4. Funnel Optimization
Optimize the full acquisition funnel:
Ad → Lead → Booking → Visit
Improve lead quality and conversion rates
Coordinate with call center and branch teams to ensure fast response and proper follow-up
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on:
Leads per branch
Cost per lead (CPL)
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action
Run structured A/B tests and scale winning strategies
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Branch managers
Doctors and front desk teams
Content creators and designers
Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and on-ground execution
Key KPIs:
Number of qualified leads generated per week
Cost per lead (CPL)
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Conversion rate from lead to booking
Revenue generated from campaigns
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
