Coordinate with suppliers once goods are ready to arrange shipping.
Manage shipping activities with carriers and freight forwarders in line with company agreements.
Create ACID numbers for shipments and ensure suppliers upload documents on CargoX.
Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
Request shipment insurance when required.
Submit shipping documents to the customs clearance department
Coordinate with customs clearance and procurement teams to resolve missing information.
Request payments for suppliers and shipping companies
Track shipments until successful delivery to the warehouse.
Escalate any issues related to goods to the procurement team.
