Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests related to real estate units and projects
Manage project handovers and coordinate all related customer requirements
Follow up on maintenance requests, service issues, and pending cases to ensure high customer satisfaction
Manage client modification requests and coordinate effectively with relevant departments
Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Site, Legal, and Finance) to ensure smooth case resolution
Attend regular site visits (3 days per week or more if required) while maintaining Head Office responsibilities
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, modifications, and case progress
Ensure professional communication and deliver a premium customer experience at all stages
