Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
Maintain and update cost accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather relevant data and improve cost efficiency.
Evaluate and implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
Reviewing supplier invoices with purchase orders and the quantities received.
Monthly and annual physical inventory count and cost reports.
Prepare COGS and profitability reports.
