We are seeking a results-driven Export Manager to lead and oversee our international sales operations in the frozen fruits and vegetables  produce sector. The Export Manager will be responsible for developing export markets, managing international clients, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand international markets Identify and acquire new overseas clients and distributors Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with foreign clients Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipments Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation requirements Monitor global market trends, competitors, and pricing structures Manage export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, etc.) Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping lines Achieve export sales targets and prepare regular performance reports
