The Opportunity
We are looking for a Commercial Lead to own our revenue and build our sales organisation. This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO — the person who will drive the company’s commercial growth and reshape our sales team from the ground up.
The role’s primary focus is our FMCG expansion. We are scaling our premium FMCG portfolio into modern trade and the HoReCa sector, and you will lead that growth directly. You will also provide commercial leadership across our equipment business and build a high-performing sales team beneath you.

What You’ll Do:
Lead our FMCG growth into modern trade (delivery platforms, supermarket and retail chains) and the HoReCa sector
Own trade terms, pricing, promotional planning, and distribution across the FMCG portfolio
Provide commercial leadership and targets for our equipment sales business
Build, structure, and lead the sales team — including hiring and developing field sales talent
Own revenue planning, forecasting, and channel strategy across all business lines
Report directly to the CEO on revenue, pipeline, and performance
