Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
• Manage and supervise the execution of all fit-out and finishing works in accordance with approved drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Ensure timely completion of finishing milestones and resolve site issues and clashes promptly.
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, clients/landlords, and subcontractors to ensure quality, design compliance, and timelines.
• Review and implement method statements, material submittals, and mockups related to finishing works.
Site & Supervision
• Lead and manage daily site operations including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Supervise all finishing trades such as gypsum, carpentry, joinery, painting, flooring, ceilings, and MEP finishes.
• Monitor site quality standards, safety compliance, and housekeeping in line with HSE regulations.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including delays and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works meet approved quality standards.
Resource & Time Management
• Develop and update detailed fit-out schedules and monitor progress to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of approved finishing materials.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple activities and subcontractors simultaneously.
Cost Control & Budgeting
• Monitor project budgets related to fit-out works and control cost deviations.
• Prepare and submit cost, progress, and work reports to project and engineering management.
• Review and support variation orders related to finishing scope and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and settlement of petty cash and site expenses in compliance with financial policies.
• Verify and reconcile subcontractor invoices in alignment with contracts and completed works.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and consultants to ensure alignment with design intent and expectations.
• Attend and organize site meetings, representing the company professionally.
• Manage snag lists, inspections, approvals, and handover documentation.
• Ensure all site documentation, approvals, and as-built records are properly maintained and updated.
