Prepare and deliver pricing quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity.  Prepare database for all potential, current projects and sales men.  Facilitate communication between clients and the sales team or project manager by conveying inquiries and feedback effectively.  Analyze data from the opportunity management tracking system and generate detailed reports for the sales team. Prepare Sales volume reports (daily & monthly) .  Develop and maintain a comprehensive client and project database, ensuring that each account is accurately tracked and updated.  Coordinate activities between the sales team, production, delivery, and shipment departments to ensure smooth project execution.  Provide necessary technical and commercial documentation as requested by the sales team or project manager.  Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and instructions to ensure a safe working environment.
