Key Responsibilities: Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements Prepare detailed shop drawings for all finishing works (floors, walls, ceilings, façades, etc.) Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQs Review and select finishing materials and samples Coordinate with site engineers and other disciplines (structural, MEP) Prepare and review variation orders when required Follow up on design changes issued by consultants or clients Prepare and review monthly progress payments / invoices Prepare and submit as-built drawings upon project completion Provide technical support to site engineers and resolve execution issues Ensure compliance with project schedule and technical standards
