We are seeking a highly experienced Senior sales engineer with a strong technical background in Automation. The ideal candidate will have proven sales expertise to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and lead sales activities.
Role Description:
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
- Co-develop with Managing Director sales strategies, plans, and forecasts.
- Drive business growth by identifying new markets and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and revenue planning.
-Continuously conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site surveys.
-Support technical sales while analysing customer requirements and/or tender specs.
-Manage proposal development and support technical sales engineer(s) during technical study and selection.
-Negotiate commercial and delivery terms.
-Supervise order handling done by technical team and ensure successful delivery.
-Adequate reporting to Manging Director.
-Utilize company CRM and Sales Automation system.
