Responsibilities
Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals
Design salary structures, grading systems, and incentive schemes for construction workforce and management levels
Conduct regular market benchmarking within the construction and engineering sector
Manage payroll frameworks, benefits administration, and reward policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
Oversee annual salary review processes, bonuses, and performance-based incentives
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure cost-effective compensation planning
Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations to senior management
Lead job evaluation, job grading, and organizational structuring activities
Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, allowances, and retirement schemes
