Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Capture on-site photos/videos showcasing rooms, dining, events, and guest experiences.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Social Media Strategy:
Execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
Identify trends and opportunities relevant to the hospitality industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Community Management:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
Engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Handle guest inquiries professionally and escalate when needed.
Campaigns & Promotions:
Support digital campaigns, offers, seasonal promotions, and events.
Coordinate with F&B, events, and rooms division for content opportunities.
Assist in influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
Prepare monthly social media reports with insights and recommendations.
Optimize content based on performance data.
Brand Reputation:
Monitor online reputation and guest feedback across platforms.
Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand messaging.
