Oversees the daily operations of the home appliances maintenance department. Leads workshop technicians and field agents to ensure fast, high-quality repairs, minimize turnaround time (TAT), and maximize customer satisfaction while managing spare parts efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations: Manage repair workflows for major appliances (ACs, refrigerators, stoves, washing machines) and small electronics.
Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train workshop and decentralized field technicians across regions.
Service Center & Client Follow-Up: Establish structured follow-up protocols with the customer service desk to track delayed repairs, keep customers informed of part arrival timelines, and conduct post-repair satisfaction checks.
Inventory: Coordinate with procurement to maintain steady stock of original spare parts and manage warranty claims.
Reporting: Track performance metrics (TAT, repair quality) and report on recurring technical defects.
