Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Automation Development (Low-Code Workflows)
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using tools such as n8n and Make.com
Integrate SAP data & (Success Factor for HR) with internal systems, dashboards, and executive-facing bots
Replace manual reporting processes with fully automated pipelines using latest AI Technologies.
2. Executive Reporting Automation, and Real-Time Governance & Alert Systems
Develop automated reporting systems that deliver real-time insights to leadership
Create Power BI Dashboards for Verticals & Horizontal Reporting, and ensure consistency and accuracy to maintain a “One Version of the Truth” across all business units
Transition from static dashboards to real-time alerting systems, and Build “Live Alert Bots”
Ensure alerts are actionable and delivered through appropriate channels
3. AI Agent Design & Orchestration
Build and orchestrate AI agents using LLMs such as Claude and GPT
Automate auditing and tracking of the Group’s Strategic Objectives
Develop intelligent agents that can analyze, summarize, and flag performance gaps
4. Internal Capability Building
Act as the internal technical expert for automation and AI deployment
Document workflows and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
5. Strategic Execution Support
Support the Company’s vision for AI-driven institutional systems
Rapidly prototype and deploy automation solutions aligned with strategic priorities
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation
