Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Cashiers to lead and oversee all cashiering operations across our retail branches. This role is responsible for managing cashier teams, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining strict control over cash handling and transactional accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail cashiering operations and managing multi-branch teams, ensure compliance and consistency in processes and reporting across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and supervise all cashiers across company branches
Ensure smooth and efficient daily cashiering operations across all locations
Monitor cash handling activities including collections, deposits, and reconciliations
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
Review and validate daily sales and cash reports from all branches
Identify, investigate, and resolve cash discrepancies and operational issues
Conduct regular audits and spot checks on cashiering processes
Coach, and evaluate cashier teams to ensure high performance and discipline
Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting
Collaborate with Retail Operations and Store Management to enhance customer experience
Standardize cashiering processes across all branches and drive continuous improvement
Support closing activities by ensuring accurate and timely cash data and reporting
Conduct regular and spot-check visits to branches to review cashiering activities, validate cash handling processes, and ensure full compliance with internal controls
