Lead and support front desk and patient service staff
Ensure a smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times
Monitor appointment scheduling and patient registration processes
Follow up on medical approvals and insurance coordination
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Coordinate with medical, nursing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service
Train, guide, and evaluate team performance
Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and performance
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient service standards
