Managing customer accounts and continuously monitoring their needs
Entering and updating the menu (products, prices, options)
Tracking orders within the system and ensuring their correct transfer between cases
Monitoring system performance and identifying any operational problems early
Providing customer support and resolving technical issues quickly and professionally
Training cashiers and management on using the system
Onboarding new customers and connecting them to the system
Monitoring system settings (branches, working hours, notifications)
Testing any new updates before implementing them for customers
Escalating technical issues to the relevant team and following up on their resolution
Contributing to improving the user experience and suggesting system improvements
