Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Translation & Communication Provide interpretation during meetings (Arabic ↔ English) Administration & Accounting  Manage office – site supply requests and purchasing follow-ups Monitor office budget and track expenses every month  Prepare and process payment requests to send them to Finance team  Handle attendance tracking (check-in / check-out)Calculate overtime and send it to Finance team Maintain and update employee records to send it monthly to HR Handle employee’s annual leaves records to send it to the HR Car operation  Prepare monthly vehicle Km records and Working Time Coordinate with drivers and manage scheduling Finance & Site Support Handle site expenses (petty cash & receipts) Organize and archive invoices systematically Follow up on approvals and managerial signatures Document Control Manage filing systems (digital & hard copy) Register incoming and outgoing documents Track document versions and updates Maintain comprehensive project documentation records Testing & Commissioning period Support Arrange travel (flight bookings) for inspectors and Handle hotel reservations Process invoices related to testing and commissioning activities
