Soft Skills & Other Requirements
Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
High troubleshooting capacity, customer focus, and timely response to user requests.
Time management and ability to work independently and in teams.
Willing to work from 6th October factory (on-site presence required).
Responsibilities
Provide first and second line technical support for factory systems (hardware, software, and networks).
Administer and maintain business-critical IT services (user accounts, access control, network shares).
Deploy, monitor, and update endpoints; ensure IT security and compliance standards are met.
Coordinate with central IT for project rollouts, upgrades, and incident escalation.
