Ensure Compliance: Drive adherence to all local, national, and international HSE regulations and internal company policies. Risk Management: Conduct thorough Risk Assessment, hazard identification, and implement effective control measures to minimize workplace incidents and environmental impact. Incident Management: Oversee Incident Investigation, root cause analysis, and ensure corrective and preventative actions are effectively implemented. Emergency Preparedness: Lead the development and execution of Emergency Response Planning and drills to ensure readiness for all potential scenarios. Training & Development: Champion a proactive safety culture through engaging Training & Development programs for all employees. Auditing & Reporting: Conduct regular Safety Auditing and inspections, preparing detailed reports and recommending improvements. Environmental Stewardship: Manage environmental programs, including waste management, emissions control, and sustainable practices. Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in HSE, Safety, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Regulatory Compliance. Strong abilities in Industrial Safety, Incident Investigation, and Emergency Response Planning are essential. Your Leadership and Stakeholder Communication skills will be key to your success.
