Role Purpose
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in services-based B2B campaign management across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth.
This role requires a marketer who understands how to communicate with business audiences, build multi-channel campaigns, and turn digital activity into measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and client acquisition.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, and other relevant channels.
Create and manage campaigns specifically for services-based businesses, with clear targeting toward decision-makers, stakeholders, and professional audiences.
Work closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into effective campaign plans and messaging.
Build campaign calendars, audience targeting plans, content briefs, and performance reports.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment between campaign messaging and commercial goals.
Manage budget allocation across campaigns and ensure efficient spending to maximize results.
Conduct competitor benchmarking, audience research, and trend analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Produce regular reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
Support the development of landing page messaging, lead magnets, and social content tailored to B2B audiences.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications and campaign assets.
