Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and sales objectives
Design and execute in-store activation plans, promotions, and visibility initiatives
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective execution across channels (modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale, etc.)
Lead the development of pricing strategies across product categories and channels
Conduct pricing analysis, including elasticity, competitor benchmarking, and margin optimization
Monitor and adjust pricing based on market trends, costs, and business objectives
Ensure pricing consistency and governance across all markets and channels
Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activity
Track and evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI
Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and profitability
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
Support new product launches with pricing and trade strategies
Align trade spend with business priorities and financial targets
Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
