We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join Eviva Bathroom. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders and replacements, and maintaining the health of our online marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner
Monitor and maintain marketplace account health (e.g., order defect rates, response times, customer satisfaction)
Respond to customer emails regarding orders, products, shipping, and returns
Process customer orders, cancellations, and replacement requests accurately
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, and sales) to resolve customer issues
Track and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
Identify recurring issues and escalate when necessary
