Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will play a key role in representing the company and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience
