Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Payroll Processing & Accuracy
Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for assigned employee groups in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs, including attendance records, overtime, allowances, deductions, and approved changes.
Ensure accuracy of employee payroll data prior to submission and support payroll closure activities.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Support compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
Assist in preparing payroll-related statutory documents and reports as required by governmental authorities.
Maintain accurate payroll records in line with audit and compliance standards.
Payroll Reporting & Data Management
Prepare standard payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation sheets for review by senior payroll or finance personnel.
Maintain and update employee payroll data on HRIS and payroll systems.
Assist in payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies under supervision.
Employee Support & Coordination
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, salary calculations, deductions, and payment timelines in a professional manner.
Support onboarding and offboarding payroll activities, including final settlement calculations and documentation.
Coordinate with banks regarding salary transfers and employee account-related matters when required.
Process Support & Continuous Improvement
Support payroll audits by preparing requested data and documentation.
Assist in improving payroll processes through proper documentation, system updates, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
