Follow up on emails sent by colleagues and clients and take the necessary actions accordingly.
Create receiving transactions on the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Create exchange orders on the WMS.
Send confirmations to customers upon completion of receiving or exchange processes.
Perform goods movement transactions on the WMS in the absence of RF devices.
Arrange and archive documents in accordance with company procedures and customer-specific instructions.
Enter and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for all warehouse operations.
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure that customer complaints are handled effectively and resolved in a timely manner.
Follow up and ensure compliance with GDP/GMP standards, policies, and instructions.
Comply with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies, standards, objectives, and required training programs.
Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses immediately.
Comply with environmental management standards, objectives, and training requirements.
Report any environmental incidents immediately.
Coordinate daily WMS-related operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational procedures.
