Review all receiving transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.
Review exchange orders and ensure they are processed correctly on the system.
Monitor inventory through daily cycle counts for specific items or warehouse sections, including verification of locations where shipped inventory has been moved.
Match Warehouse Management System (WMS) inventory balances with physical stock quantities and investigate any discrepancies.
Comply with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) procedures, policies, and work instructions.
Perform equipment driver duties when assigned by the direct supervisor according to operational needs.
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure that customer complaints related to inventory operations are handled effectively and resolved in a timely manner.
Follow up and ensure compliance with GDP/GMP standards, policies, and instructions.
Comply with OH&S policies, standards, objectives, and mandatory training requirements.
Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses immediately.
Comply with environmental management standards, objectives, and training requirements.
Report any environmental incidents immediately.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock handling.
