Lead and manage BIM activities across construction projects Oversee the development and coordination of BIM models between all disciplines Conduct clash detection and ensure timely resolution of coordination issues Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements Review model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to support project delivery Manage and support BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Modelers Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in line with project requirements Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and BIM protocols Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and document control processes Monitor BIM deliverables, project milestones, and coordination schedules Support 4D/5D BIM implementation and digital construction workflows where applicable (Preferable) Develop BIM standards, templates, and libraries across the organization Lead BIM coordination meetings and issue tracking processes Review and approve BIM submissions from internal teams and subcontractors Ensure proper model integration for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to BIM teams Support tendering and project proposals with BIM-related requirements and deliverables Coordinate with site teams to ensure constructability and model accuracy during execution Prepare coordination, clash detection, and BIM progress reports for management and clients
