Conduct scheduled and random site visits to monitor and evaluate finishing quality across multiple projects. Inspect high-end (elite) finishing works to ensure full compliance with design specifications and company standards. Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformities with a strong focus on detail and accuracy. Prepare detailed quality inspection reports and submit them to the Technical Office in a timely manner. Follow up on corrective actions with site teams and ensure proper closure of all quality issues. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and internal departments to maintain required quality standards. Review materials and workmanship to ensure alignment with approved samples, drawings, and specifications. Maintain complete and organized documentation for all inspections, reports, and follow-ups.
