Role overview: The MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring system stability, user satisfaction, and alignment with operational goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day functional support for D365 F&O users across finance, supply chain, and operations modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, escalating to technical teams when necessary.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using D365 F&O capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Support testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and batch validation.
Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration logs, and training materials.
Train end-users and provide guidance on best practices.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Assist in data migration, integration validation, and reporting needs.
