The Role We are hiring an experienced Sales & Account Manager to work on-site from our Nasr City office. This role requires proven experience growing business accounts, increasing followers, and converting social visibility into customer engagement using both organic and paid methods. Also, it is a sales-led role with commission paid for every business you successfully bring on board. You will handle enquiries, close deals, onboard clients, and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure retention and growth. What You’ll Be Doing Creating and posting content using Canva Managing Facebook and Instagram posting Applying hashtag and growth tactics Increasing followers and engagement Publishing Google Business Profile updates Supporting Facebook & Google Ads execution Writing conversion-focused captions Updating tasks and progress in Trello Handling inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email) Explaining Better Orders services and pricing clearly Converting enquiries into paying clients Onboarding new clients and collecting required information Managing ongoing client communication Tracking subscriptions and payments Coordinating internal work using Trello Identifying opportunities for package upgrades and premium services Commission & Earnings Commission paid for every business successfully onboarded Additional commission on: Package upgrades Premium services Clear tracking of sales and payments Commission structure explained during onboarding What We’re Looking For Proven experience growing business social media accounts Demonstrated follower and engagement growth Strong Canva skills with real examples Experience using hashtags and growth tactics Familiarity with Google Business Profile Basic working knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads Reliable, organized, structured, target-driven and results-focused Confident communicator (Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Google Docs) Comfortable speaking with takeaway and restaurant owners Sales or client-facing experience preferred Marketing experience is not required.
