You will be responsible for the full lifecycle—from the initial "hunt" to the final candidate delivery.   Key Responsibilities Active Headhunting: Execute high-intensity sourcing and outreach strategies, maintaining a rigorous pace of approximately 100 profile evaluations per day to uncover the top 1% of talent. Pipeline Engineering: Build and nurture sustainable talent pools for "hard-to-fill" roles within Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Data Analytics. Advanced Market Mapping: Go beyond traditional job boards by leveraging cutting-edge technology and discrete outreach techniques to penetrate the passive candidate market. Rigorous Vetting: Conduct a comprehensive 3-stage candidate assessment, including mock interviews and technical evaluations, to uphold our "Quality over Quantity" commitment. Stakeholder Management: Deliver refined, top-tier shortlists and provide consultative insights to our recruitment partners regarding market trends and candidate expectations.
