A senior economist and policy leader responsible for leading the Policy Support Unit (PSU) and positioning Expolink as a key policy interlocutor between exporters, government, and international partners. Provides strategic, evidence-based policy support to enhance export competitiveness. Lead the design and production of policy-oriented research, policy papers, briefs, and market intelligence reports addressing Egypt’s export performance, trade competitiveness, and investment climate Conduct quantitative and qualitative economic analysis (trade data, export structure, incentives, sectoral performance) to inform policy recommendations Act as Expolink’s focal point for policy dialogue with government entities, ministries, and regulators on export-related reforms Translate exporters’ challenges into actionable policy proposals and reform recommendations Support consultations on export incentives, trade facilitation, investment regulations, and competitive reforms
