Oversee the execution of interior and exterior finishing works across multiple simultaneous projects. Lead and manage multiple site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control. Coordinate with international & Local consultants to ensure compliance with global design standards, material specifications, and project requirements. Establish and lead the finishing technical execution department, including setting systems, procedures, and reporting structures. Ensure execution aligns with approved shop drawings, specifications, and client expectations. Oversee the full project lifecycle—from mobilization to handover—ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Prepare and consolidate detailed Periodic technical and financial reports for High-level management review. Resolve on-site challenges and technical issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure progress continuity.
