Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nasr City for a Senior HR & Admin Specialist. The role involves overseeing employee benefits, implementing HR policies, managing HR operations, and handling personnel management. The specialist will ensure compliance with company policies and support staff in their professional development while contributing to the administrative efficiency of the organization.
HR Role:
Managing the monthly payroll calculation for Egyptian Employees.
Oversee processing of payroll changes (Salary market survey, annual raises,
updating salary scale and KPI's bonus).
Develop and manage the implementation of incentive schemes and compensation
Rewards.
Handling employees’ resignations by calculating their final settlement.
Create the company policies, procedures, and internal handbook.
Develop and monitor the personnel budget to ensure that personnel services are
provided at the appropriate level consistent with the attainment of the company’s
corporate objectives.
Maintain an awareness of the requirements of employment legislation to ensure
that the company complies with all legal requirements and to provide sound advice
to management.
Managing the performance management system and Performing the appraisal for
employees.
Keeps with the operational standards of the company by solving issues, finding
areas for improvement, meeting expectations, and helping with the formulation of
reviews and plans.
Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy, particularly by
advising on the human resource implications of strategic decisions.
Employee Engagement, HR Metrics and Reporting: Employee satisfaction and
turnover and retention rate reports.
Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management,
employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of
compensation and benefits and development activity.
Admin Role:
Cost and Efficiency: Budget adherence.
Manage the office petty cash with all of the expenses and maintenance stuff.
Monitor the inventory of office supplies and purchasing budgetary constraints.
Supervise the admin team to ensure that they provide the services with efficiency.
Responsible for employee gatherings and seminars.
