Key Responsibilities
Calculate Project Costs (Supply + Shipping + Installation + Operating Expenses).
Analyze product costing (e.g., Pumps, Pipes, Cables).
Track Import Costs (CIF – Customs – Inland Transportation).
Prepare reports:
Cost Sheet for each project.
Actual vs. Budget variance analysis.
Monitor inventory and determine:
Average Cost.
Slow-moving items.
Coordinate with:
Procurement Department (to ensure best pricing).
Sales Department (to determine accurate selling prices).
Calculate Profit Margins per operation or project.
Support management in pricing strategies and decision-making.
