Coordinate and manage all export shipments from origin to destination  Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.)  Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies  Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams  Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and export Manager Handle any shipping delays, damages, or issues and resolve them efficiently  Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation  Calculate freight costs and prepare shipping quotations  Monitor inventory levels related to export orders  Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of goods for international transport  Follow up orders updates with Planning team Follow up Subsidy documents with Custom clearance representative
