Lead the design and continuous improvement of the performance management system (KPIs, competencies, scorecards).
Manage the full performance appraisal cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations).
Ensure alignment between individual objectives and company strategic goals.
Train managers and employees on performance management tools, processes, and best practices.
Monitor and audit performance ratings to ensure fairness, consistency, and eliminate bias.
Analyze performance data and generate reports to support decision-making (promotions, bonuses, development plans).
Support calibration sessions to standardize performance ratings across departments.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to link performance results with compensation, succession planning, and talent development.
Identify performance gaps and recommend development initiatives (training, coaching, PIPs).
Ensure system compliance and proper documentation within HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
