Supervise and Execute Site Works
Direct on-site installation of Mechanical systems (HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing) ensuring they align with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet daily progress targets and project milestones.
Translate design intent into physical reality, ensuring that all ductwork and piping installations are executed with high precision.
Technical Oversight and Coordination
Review and verify shop drawings and material submittals before execution to identify any practical site constraints or clashes.
Coordinate with other trades (Civil, Electrical, and Architectural) on-site to resolve space conflicts and ensure a seamless installation sequence.
Request Information (RFIs): Identify design discrepancies on-site and raise RFIs to the technical office or consultant for clarification.
Quality Control and Compliance
Conduct site inspections for all mechanical installations to ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project quality plans.
Prepare Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and coordinate with the consultant for the approval of completed stages.
Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
Progress Tracking and Reporting
Monitor site productivity and report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager.
Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions for final project handover.
Assist in quantity surveying by verifying the actual quantities of work executed on-site for subcontractor invoices and progress payments.
