We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Team Leader with a strong technical background in mechanical design. The ideal candidate will lead the team technically, review design calculations, and ensure high-quality project delivery. This role requires solid engineering knowledge more than just Revit skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the mechanical design team on technical aspects
Review and validate design calculations (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing)
Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and design deliverables
Ensure compliance with international codes and project requirements
Coordinate with other disciplines (Architecture, Structure, Electrical)
Support team members in solving complex technical issues
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain quality standards across all deliverables
