Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production operations to achieve output, quality, cost, and safety targets for fluting and testliner grades. Analyze and control key process parameters (GSM, BF/RCT, moisture profile, formation, runnability) to ensure consistent product quality. Support production planning by translating monthly and weekly plans into stable machine operating conditions. Continuously improve machine efficiency, yield, and energy consumption through data analysis and process optimization. Identify process deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate closely with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliability. Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements. Support trials, grade changes, raw material substitutions, and process improvements. Assist in training operators on SOPs, best practices, and safe operating limits. Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, downtime, waste, rejects) and prepare technical reports for management. ● Prepare and present regular production reports, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending process enhancements. Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Participate in audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
